Reggie Burnett was so pleasant and knowledgeable and it made our couch shopping experience a smooth one!! We came into Levin's close to closing time, but he was not only chipper and humorous after I'm sure a long shift, but also patient in showing us various sectional options until we had agreed on which one would work best for our living room. We can't thank you enough and will send our friends to see you for their redecorating needs!!
Nice furniture and the sales person we dealt with was friendly. We could've gotten what we needed for a much better price elsewhere but I was in a hurry.. When dealing with pick up: both I and a friend (separate occasions) have dealt with employees who seemed completely clueless as to what's going on. I'd recommend bringing a truck to take home items immediately.
Nancy helped us and was fantastic. She helped us use up all our credit due to a factory defaulted couch. She ran around the store with us and helped us decide on the best furniture for our family's needs. I would recommend Nancy to anyone who is wanting to get new furniture. Awesome customer service skills!!!!
Friendly helpful....not pushy. She showed us all that we asked about but did not try to push us into a higher priced item. She was very open and honest.
