Do not trust this place. We had a standing reservation for weeks for two Box trucks non cdl with lift gates. I call them the day before to make sure we are all good..... guess what... trucks were gone!!!! Probably rented to my competitor who happens to be in the same area. At any rate, they found me one truck... which I got a day late.. which was CDL only! The other truck.. sorry... call our competitor... Hogan... they will have a truck. Hogan calls me... and they say..we don't have a truck. I was like.. why did Penske have me call you? He just said... I have no idea.
We have rented many vehicles all sizes. Box trucks, dock height trucks, van and have never had a problem. Always there when we need them. Trucks are always clean, good shape and gets the job done for us when we need them. I would highly recommending renting from this location. Very professional and the team at the Oakwood, Ohio locations knows how to get people on the road quickly.
At any rate, never ever again! Not for my trailers.. box trucks.... anything. They say they gave me a discounted rate for my troubles.... well the rate I am paying sure does not feel like it.
I will not do business with this company ever again!
