Friendly staff! A warm and pleasant experience! I had my physical by a male doctor, and for the first time EVER, I DIDNT FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE! My intake nurse was amazing and made very pleasant conversation between transitional phases! I was treated as a wanted client by a stsff who enjoyed their positions as opposed to people who were there who just needed a paycheck! I have nothing negative to say about my experience! I would return if necessary!
Went there to get my DOT physical. Nice and quick in and out in 45 minuets. Very nice employees, very efficient!
Pros: The location is easily accessible. The process was completed in a strategic and timely manner. Most of the staff members were very professional and thorough. The establishment was clean.
Waited 2 and a half hours here for a simple dot certification physical. They forgot my paperwork when I signed in, when I saw people who came later than me being taken back I asked for paperwork to fill out. They had entirely lost track of me, so I lost my place in line. All while making me later and later for work that day. 2 and a half hours to see the doctor for less than 15 minutes for the physical. I'm sure they were busy but seemingly also short staffed for the rush. Unacceptable. Very unsatisfied, will take my business elsewhere in the future
Cons: The staff member responsible for administering the drug test marked it off as completed. Had I not mentioned during checkout that I did not take the drug test, another visit would have been required, and my employment process delayed.
The service was quick & fast. I'm happy I did not have to wait hours just for a physical for work. The facility is clean and the workers was friendly. The doctor was nice and prompt he did not leave me waiting all day to be seen. Hope the company keeps up the prompt professional service!
